I am beyond happy to share yet another gorgeous Bear Brook engagement session with you here on the blog. Can you tell that I’ve been bored while at home, not much to share? I have been so anxious to get out behind the camera and with adults again! And this session was just what the doctor ordered.

I had the privilege of spending an evening with this sweet couple, Ashley & Bryan. I first “met” Ashley and Bryan when Ashley shared their proposal story in a contest that I hold every year. Ashley won a free engagement session, back in January and finally we were able to do it.

We met at Bear Brook State Park at the beach pavilion. It’s my go to for sessions because it is nice and close. My favorite thing about this location was the variety all in one park. We got the woodsy photos, water front, and beautiful granite rock all within steps of each other.

It was the perfect evening for a Bear Brook engagement session. The park was quiet, the weather was dreamy and the lighting was perfection. We even managed to make it out of the park before they locked the gates at 8pm! Their daughter Madeline was so well behaved too! She never shed a tear and she even smiled at me near the end.

Ashley & Bryan were my first session since COVID and boy did I start with a special duo. I know for sure that their wedding is going to be so fun, whenever they decide to set the date. Ashley and Bryan, remember to enjoy every moment of your engagement and enjoy the process of wedding planning!
